Customer ID/Password Lookup Tool

If you've lost or do not have your Customer ID and/or Account Password, you can use the password reset tool in the WebControlCenter to recover them. If you are unable to reset your password please feel free to Contact Us for further assistance.

Lookup Tool

Visit, then click the "password reset" icon.

You will be prompted to provide an email address and domain name associated with your account then click "submit."

Please note: email addresses listed as a billing contact, and not an administrative contact, will not be able to recover IDs or passwords.

Email Steps

You will then be sent an email to the address you provided that will allow you to reset your password. 

Once you receive the email, there will be a link inside of it that you'll need to click, which will take you to a rest password page in the WebControlCenter.

You will then be prompted to answer the 'secret question' that was set up on your account. 

Please note: The answer is case sensitive.

Upon answering your secret question correctly, you will be provided with your Customer ID number and an option to change your password.  Be sure to click submit when you've entered your new password.

You'll then see confirmation of your password change, as well as a link to log into the WebControlCenter.
